Your E-Gift Card is delivered digitally via email. You can have it sent directly to the recipient or to your own email address. No physical gift card will be mailed.
Can I schedule when the E-Gift Card is delivered?
Yes! You can choose the date and time you'd like your E-Gift Card to arrive, making it perfect for birthdays, holidays and special occasions.
Can I include a personal message?
Absolutely. Make your gift extra special by including a personalized message or video.
Can I send an E-Gift Card by text?
No. E-Gift Cards are delivered via email only.
Where can it be used?
No Makeup Makeup® E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online at nomakeupmakeup.com.
Can she choose any product?
Yes. She can use her E-Gift Card to shop the products and shades she wants.
Does the E-Gift Card expire?
No Makeup Makeup® E-Gift Cards do not expire, so she can shop whenever she's ready.
Can I purchase an E-Gift Card using a promotional discount?
E-Gift Card purchases are excluded from promotions and discounts unless explicitly stated as part of a gift card promotion.
How do I check my E-Gift Card balance?
Enter your E-Gift Card code here. If you have an account, you can also view your E-Gift Cards and balances under “My Gift Cards.”
Can I use part of my E-Gift Card and save the rest?
Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the E-Gift Card for your next order.
Can I use a promo code with my E-Gift Card?
Yes. The discount is applied first, and the E-Gift Card covers the remaining total.
Can I use an E-Gift Card to buy another E-Gift Card?
No. Gift cards can’t be used to purchase other gift cards.
The recipient didn’t receive the E-Gift Card. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@nomakeupmakeup.com and we can resend it, update the recipient’s email address or change the scheduled delivery date.
I lost my E-Gift Card code. Can it be recovered?
Yes. Contact us at info@nomakupmakup.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Is there a time limit on video messages?
Yes, video messages can be up to 2 minutes long and are available for 60 days after the E-Gift Card is sent.
Can I print the E-Gift Card?
Yes. The E-Gift Card email includes a “Download PDF” button so you can print it.
Is there a maximum E-Gift Card amount?
A single E-Gift Card can be purchased at a $200 maximum.
Can I return or get a refund on an E-Gift Card?
No all gift card sales are final.
What happens if I return an item I paid for with an E-Gift Card?
AnswerIf an item is returned, the amount paid with the E-Gift Card is refunded back to the E-Gift Card less any return processing fees.
