Product Information

Is NMM Leaping Bunny certified?

Yes, No Makeup Makeup is Leaping Bunny certified.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant?

All our products adhere to high safety standards and incorporate ingredients deemed safe for individuals who are pregnant and/or nursing. Nevertheless, we recommend consulting with your doctor before using them.

When do your products expire?

Unopened products maintain a shelf life of 2 years. Each of our products includes a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol indicating the product's shelf life after it has been opened.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products are 100% vegan and are Leaping Bunny certified.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay.

When will my credit card be charged?

When your order is confirmed, we will temporarily authorize your credit card. The final amount will be charged to your credit card once your product has been shipped from our warehouse.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to process my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Fulfillment typically takes 48 hours, followed by an additional 4-7 business days for delivery.

Please be aware that during high-volume periods like product launches or promotions, fulfillment times may be extended.

How do I change or cancel my order?

As soon as you make a purchase, we swiftly prepare and ship your order. Unfortunately, once the order is in, we can't make any changes or cancel it.

Where can I find my order status?

To see the progress of a specific order, go to the Orders page in 'My Account.'

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is sent out, we'll email you with a shipment notification and the tracking number.

There is a problem with my order, what do I do?

Where does NMM ship to?

We ship to all 50 States within the United States as well as Canada. We do not offer shipping to PO/APO boxes at this time.

What are your international shipping rates?

We currently offer shipping to Canada. We offer FLAT RATE shipping of $20 USD for all orders shipping to Canada. 

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and import duties on receipt of your order. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes and it is your sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it.  Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties. If customs duties are refused or unpaid, these will be deducted from any future refund if applicable. Should you opt not to accept delivery and return the package to sender (RTS), a restocking and handling fee may be deducted from your refund once we receive the item back in our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you receive products that do not meet your expectations, please return the unused products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges or store credit?

Yes we do offer either an exchange for the same product or a store credit. Click here to start your return or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?

Kindly allow a processing period of up to 2 weeks for your return once it is received at our warehouse. The credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Try Before You Buy

How does Try Before You Buy work?

Try Before You Buy brings the store to your door.

  1. Place your order and pay $0 today. We will place a pre-authorization on your credit card at the time of your order to ensure it's valid, but you'll only be charged and pay for what you keep at the end of the trial period.
  2. Try at home. If you decide to keep your products, you will be charged the full price of the product plus applicable shipping costs and sales taxes at the end of your 14 day trial period.
  3. Easy returns. If you don’t love your products and decide to initiate your return during your 14 day trial period, you won't be charged for what you return. Returns must be initiated before the end of your 14 day trial period otherwise your credit card will be charged.
How long do I have to try my product without being charged?

You have 14 days from the day your shipment is delivered to try your product.

When does my trial period start?

The trial period starts upon shipment delivery.

When will I be charged for my Try Before You Buy purchase?

If you decide to keep your product after the end of your 14 Day trial period, you will be charged the price of the product plus any applicable sales taxes and shipping charges.

When do I need to return to avoid a charge?

If you want to return, please initiate your return before the end of your 14 day trial period to avoid any charges.

How do I return items I do not want to purchase?

You can go through our regular returns process.

Why does Try Before You Buy place an authorization on my credit card?

Similar to a hotel or rental car company, we authorize your card to ensure you have the funds available. When you checkout, an authorization for the full amount of your order is placed on your card to reserve funds if you choose to keep your items. An authorization is not the same as a charge in that our systems are strictly ensuring that the card that was provided at checkout is both valid and has the appropriate funds available to cover the cost of any items kept in the future.

I thought Try Before You Buy offered a free trial but I see a charge on my card -- can you help me understand?

We will not charge you for any items until the end of your trial. We do place an authorization on your card for the total amount of your order. This is how we ensure that funds can be captured for items you keep -- it’s just like a hold that hotels or rideshare apps use, and it helps protect us against fraud. The way authorizations display on your statement varies by bank. Typically, authorizations are labeled as “pending” or they will not have a date associated with the charge, indicating that the charge has not yet been posted.

When will the authorization come off of my card?

If you keep all the items that you tried, you will be charged the day after your trial ends and there will no longer be a pending authorization on your card.

If you decide to initiate a return, you will be charged after your returned items are accepted, based on our returns policy. You will be charged only for the items kept and the remainder of the authorization will fall off your card.

Can I use a discount with a Try Before You Buy order?

Yes you can. Enter your code either in the cart or during checkout to apply it to your order.

I need more time - can I extend my trial?

If you'd like to extend your trial for 1-3 days, please email our customer care team at info@nomakeupmakeup.com. Our team handles Try Before You Buy extensions on a case by case basis.

My trial ended and I was charged but now I want to return something -- is this still possible?

What if I want to keep the products but I need to exchange for a different shade?

If you love No Makeup Makeup® but the shade isn't quite right, please initiate an exchange before the end of your 14 day trial period to avoid any charges by visiting our returns center.
